what would happen if we did away with all UNESSECARY packing. Global impact etc etc? I hate the bloosy stuff

1. More stuff would get damaged
2. Everything would arrive broken and end up in a land-fill thus poluting the earth and creating greater global warming.
3. We wouldn't have all those annoying "peanuts" sticking to everything when you try to throw them away, and we wouldn't have to throw them away all the while feeling guilty because we know they will NEVER biodegrade and will sit in a landfill somewhere forever and ever and ever.
4. What does you question have to do with painting?
