can i return a pushchair to mamas and papas without the packaging and box, it still has the tags on it?

1. It depends on why you're returning it. Is it faulty? Then yes. If you have changed your mind and decided that you don't want it, you can try, but I doubt it. Mamas and Papas are well known for poor customer services, so good luck!
2. If it is unused or faulty you may be able to if you have a good reason.
3. why are you returning it? if it faulty then they have to take it back but if you have just changed your mind then they dont have to

If it was bought online then yes you have every right to return it as there are different laws regarding online purchases in that you haven't had the opportunity of examining the goods first-hand and can usually have a 14-day return policy. If it's faulty in any way or damaged then regardless of being purchased online or at a shop, you have the same rights to take it back and ask for a refund or replacement.
