I need a creative way to gift a necklace that I bought for a girlfriend.?

I bought a Tiffany necklace (not diamond, just sterling silver) for my girlfriend who is currently 500 miles away from me. It is her birthday in 3 weeks and I want to do this right. Obviously, I'll be giving her the gift in person. I'm in need of a clever/romantic/creative way to package the gift so that it will truly be special. I'm willing to spend money to make it even better, but not some extravagant amount. Any help is greatly appreciated (:

1. ok my boyfined are 6000 miles away and my bday is nov 2, well as a way to package the gift would be in a jewlery box... i think that is so cute or you could get it wrapped at a very high end boutique i love the jewler box thing its beautiful, thoughtful and doble gifts.. good luck
